Mohammed Bati continued his record-setting cross country season for the Auggies by setting a new program mark for the second straight race in winning the UW-La Crosse Jim Drews Invitational on 10/19 in West Salem, Wisconsin. Winning the 279-runner Jim Drews Invitational for the second straight year, Bati finished the 8,000-meter race in 24:06.0, breaking his previous program record of 24:13.40, set in the Auggies' last race two weeks ago at the Running of the Cows. Marking his 11th win in his 17th collegiate race, Bati won the UW-La Crosse race by 53.9 seconds over the second-place competitor.
