Waldspurger collected her sixth goal of the season and a pair of assists in only 38 minutes of action. Waldspurger assisted the team's first goal and scored the eventual game-winner just 35 seconds later. She added another assist on the Gusties' fourth goal of the game. The 5-1 victory marked the first time since 2003 that the Gusties have scored five goals against a conference opponent.
