Lewis Crosby scored five goals as SJU went 1-0-1 against St. Scholastica last week. He scored the game's first goal and added one of the Johnnies' two empty-netters in a 5-2 home win on 1/20. He followed that with his third hat trick of the season in a 5-5 tie in Duluth on 1/21. All three goals were even-strength and tied the game, including the game's final tally. Two of the three goals came in the third period. Crosby became the first Johnnie to record three hat tricks or more in a season since Craig Herr tallied six during the 1991-92 season. The three hat tricks lead all of college hockey.
