Joe Palmer averaged 24.0 points and 8.7 rebounds per game while shooting 55.1 percent from the field as the Auggies went 2-1 to close out the month of December. Palmer shot 56.3 percent from the floor and scored 25 points with nine rebounds in Augsburg's win over Rhodes College on 12/19, then knocked down 10 of his 14 shots (71.4 percent) for 29 points while grabbing eight rebounds to lead the Auggies past DePauw on 12/20. He also had 18 points and nine boards in a loss at UW-River Falls on 12/16.
