Molly Liston crushed the Gusties' 10,000-meter program record at the Phil Esten Challenge in La Crosse, Wisconsin, on 4/16, finishing the race in 35:36.38. Liston won the race by just under 29 seconds. The previous program record of 36:10.38 had stood since 2016. A personal record by nearly three-and-a-half minutes, Liston's time now ranks No. 15 in NCAA Division III this season.
