Conor Schubring was the top NCAA Division III individual finisher at the Minnesota Golf Classic this past weekend when he carded a career-best 211 at the 54-hole event that featured 114 participants, including 34 NCAA Division I players. Schubring carded a 71 and 73 in the opening two rounds before matching a career- and program-best 5-under-par 67 in the final round to tie for seventh overall. Schubring's score helped the Royals repeat as Minnesota Golf Classic champions by shooting a program-low 865 (287-295-283) with an 18-hole program low 283 in the final round.
