Will Kelly broke the St. Olaf Invitational meet record by five seconds with a winning time of 24:47.30 to lead the Oles to the team title on 9/16. Kelly's time broke the previous record of 24:52.6 established in 2014 by Grant Wintheiser - who went on to claim the individual national title later that season - and was nearly 30 seconds faster than the second-place finisher. Kelly was second at the first split before leading at each of the remaining splits.
