MIAC Swimming & Diving Travel Advisory:

Anyone traveling to the University of Minnesota for the MIAC Swimming and Diving Championships should be advised to plan ahead due to added congestion on the U of M campus due to the NHL Stadium Series Weekend at TCF Bank Stadium. Due to the event, Oak Street will be closed between University Ave. and 5th St. SE on Saturday, and parking will be limited on campus on Saturday as well. (Numerous surface lots will be used for tailgating for the Stadium Series with higher parking fees and limited availability.) Spectators and meet workers are encouraged to plan ahead, arrive early, and prepare for added congestion. In addition to U of M parking lots and ramps, the Metro Transit Light Rail is also an option for travel, as the Green Line's East Bank stop is just a few blocks south of the Aquatic Center.
