The Cobbers went on to lose to Wis.- Superior in the NCAA Quarterfinal series, 3-2 and 4-1. St. Thomas defeated Wentworth-Mass. in the NCAA Quarterfinal series, 6-0 and 10-3. St. Thomas was again victorious in the NCAA Semifinal series defeating Plattsburgh State, 7-1, before losing to Norwich, 2-1, in the NCAA Finals.
