Bethel defeated Bethany Lutheran, 5-1, in the Royals' first game. Bethel then lost to Washington-St. Louis, 2-1, and defeated Buena Vista, 3-2, to advance on to the regional championship series where the Royals outlasted Washington-St. Louis, 4-3 in 15 innings and then won 6-5 in the second game to advance on to Super Regionals. Berry defeated Bethel, 2-0 and 3-1, in the Super Regionals. |
