Junior forward Ashley St. Aubin continued her dynamic 2018 by factoring into a pair of goals to help the Auggies move on to the semifinal round with a 2-0 victory at home over No. 6 St. Olaf. St. Aubin was credited with the assist on Jessy Wiskofske's game-winner just past the 47th minute of play and then scored her 19th goal of the season unassisted six minutes later for insurance. Emily Chapman earned her 13th win of the year with eight saves over 90 minutes in goal, while Brynne Davis stopped 10 of 12 shots on goal for the Oles. Augsburg advances on to face Bethel on Wednesday afternoon. The Auggies defeated the Royals, 2-1, in overtime on September 15. Wednesday's match is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. in Arden Hills.

The defending MIAC Playoff champs will continue their bid for a repeat thanks to an Allie Bird goal 76 minutes into action on Tuesday. The goal proved to be all the offense St. Kate's needed in a 1-0 victory over No. 5 Saint Benedict. Sofia Campbell collected her team-leading seventh assist on the play. SCU goalkeeper Tayler Koop improved to 11-3-2 on the year with four saves in 90 minutes, while Kendall Koenen stopped four of five shots on goal for Saint Ben's. The Wildcats will move on to challenge No. 1 seed St. Thomas on Wednesday. UST edged St. Kate's, 1-0, two weeks ago thanks to a Mallory DeBoom goal 5:31 into the first period. Wednesday's match is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. kickoff at St. Thomas.

The Auggies and Wildcats used their quarterfinal wins to advance to Wednesday's semifinals, where No. 1 St. Thomas and No. 2 Bethel are set to host. The No. 2 Royals will host No. 3 Augsburg while No. 1 St. Thomas will host No. 4 St. Catherine. Both games are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. kickoffs.

Wednesday's two semifinal winners will meet on Saturday, Nov. 3, in the 2018 MIAC Women's Soccer Playoff Championship game.
