The top three finishers in each event received All-MIAC honors, while individuals who finished 4-6 received All-Conference Honorable Mention distinction. MIAC track & field coaches also selected individual award recipients for Track Athlete of the Year, Field Athlete of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year. Gustavus took home three of the four individual honors, with senior Megan Geraets being selected as the Track Athlete of the Year, senior Kelley Brennan receiving Field Athlete of the Year honors for the second straight season, and head coach Aaron Lund picking up Coach of the Year honors for the third time in his career. Macalester first-year Ariella Rogahn-Press was voted the MIAC Rookie of the Year for Women's Outdoor Track & Field.
