St. Olaf took second with 80 points, followed by Gustavus in third with 116 points. Macalester finished fourth with 120 points, while Concordia totaled 129, St. Scholastica had 139, Bethel scored 167, Saint Benedict tallied 202, Saint Mary's logged 255, Hamline posted 289, and St. Catherine registered 302.

The Knights were paced by first-year Claire Vukovics and senior Hannah Preisser. Vukovics crossed the finish line first in 21:21.4, with Preisser two seconds behind at 21:23.7. Vukovics is the first rookie runner to win the MIAC Women's Cross Country Championship race since St. Olaf's Noelle Olson in 2013. Her time of 21:21.4 is now the fifth-fastest 6K time in recorded MIAC Women's Cross Country Championship history, while Preisser's 21:23.7 is the sixth-fastest.

Finishing the race shortly after the Carleton duo was Gustavus senior Molly Liston, who placed third in 21:46.8. Saint Mary's sophomore Mya Slavin took fourth in 21:51.9, and St. Olaf senior Lauren Walda placed fifth in 21:55.1.

Nearly 170 student-athletes participated in this year's MIAC Women's Cross Country Championships. The top 15 finishers earned All-Conference recognition, while finishers 16-25 were awarded Honorable Mention. The All-MIAC and Honorable Mention runners were honored at a post-meet awards ceremony, and the Knights were also presented with their MIAC Championship trophy.
