Bethel makes it four straight as MIAC Women's Indoor Track & Field champions

COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. -- For the fourth consecutive season, the Bethel Royals are women's indoor track & field champions of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).

The Royals collected 140.25 points over the three-day conference meet, finishing with a 33-point margin of victory and event titles in the pentathlon and 4x400-meter relay.

Augsburg's Allison Hookom (400m, 600m), Carleton's Hannah Preisser (3000m, 5000m), Gustavus' Megan Geraets (200m, long jump), and St. Olaf's Isabel Wyatt (800m, 1000m) each left Collegeville with a pair of individual MIAC championships.

The MIAC extends its gratitude to the coaches and staffs at Saint John's University and the College of Saint Benedict for their outstanding efforts in hosting the 2025 MIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

RECORD BREAKERS
Augsburg's Allison Hookom set a new facility mark in the 400 meters with a time of 57.01.

Gustavus' Megan Geraets set a new meet record with a time of 25.10 in the 200 meters. The time also represents a new facility record.

St. Olaf's Isabel Wyatt broke the championship record in the 1000 meters with a time of 2:51.13. Wyatt also set a new facility record in the race.

HANDING OUT THE HARDWARE
The top three finishers in each event automatically earn All-Conference honors, and the 4th-through-6th place finishers receive Honorable Mention distinction. Individual awards will be voted on by coaches following the meet and will be announced next week.
